Voda LLC provides a wide range of sensing products and services, primarily to the environmental monitoring community. Voda LLC is providing a broad scope of sensing and observational services and developing cost-effective sensors to address the measurement needs of the marine industry, but the technologies have applications reaching into other realms, from government to security to the consumer market.

The Voda LLC business strategy is to pursue new and emerging technologies to be used for in situ environmental/aquatic physical, biological and chemical measurements. Technologies we're exploring include, but are not limited to, MEMS, sensor arrays, miniaturized complex instrumentation (e.g. mass spectrometers), biosensor arrays, and underwater optical visualization tools.

Voda is using patent-pending proprietary systems in packaging technology that enable a compact ,low-power, WiFi-compatible (802.11b) sensor module. The patented and patent-pending physical, chemical and biological sensors themselves become wirelessly enabled.

The technical system approach encompasses four areas: MEMS technology, high-density packaging, IEEE 802.11b communications protocol, and a unique proprietary hardware approach of Printed Circuit Board MEMS (PCBMEMS) where the sensor system is built into the PCB package.
